60 Minutes, Head to Head, Are You Ready?
We’re so excited to release our brand new ‘Last Bomb Standing’ activity.
Exclusively created for our Hazlewood Castle location, this bomb has had a huge upgrade and is perfect for any group (Stag, Hen, Corporate and Family) looking to get outside and have some cryptic fun.
The gameplay is simple, you have 60 minutes to each disarm your bomb..…fastest team wins.
Each team is assigned a bomb and detonation device (Scanner). When the scanner says go your time has started and you must then navigate the grounds to scan several ID locations along the way. Each location will give you a symbol.
Once you have all the symbols you must head back to base and use crack the code to open the bomb.
All you need then are nerves of steel, great memory skills and a very steady hand.

What To Expect on the Day
After booking you will receive a confirmation email with all the details on how to find us and where to park. We have plenty of Free parking onsite.
We ask that you arrive around 15 minutes before your session. On arrival you’ll be asked to fill out a quick disclaimer and then be introduced to your games master. They’ll give you a quick brief on what to expect and how the session will run.
It’s then time to start your Challenge. At this point you get to decide whether you take on the challenge as one team or split and go head to head…fastest teams wins. We recommend a minimum of 4 people per team.
You will then be given a hand held scanner and map to explore the grounds. You will need this to crack the code and open the bomb. This however is the easy bit, the bomb is the real challenge.

Yes, this challenges see's you navigating the Hazlewood Grounds to scan several locations.
Once you have scanned all the locations you should have all you need to open and de-activate the bomb.
We have classed this challenge as a 4/5.
The secret to success is by working together on this one, however don't worry as our trusty instructors are always on hand if needed.

Yes this is the perfect challenge for adults and younger.
We do recommend that atleast one adults (Over 16) is part of each group. This just ensures navigation and time keeping.
Technically you get 60 minutes, however you should allocate extra time for introductions, safety talks and conclusion of the activity.
No, not at all.
It’s designed to be a head to head challenge, however if you want to go round as one team and just try complete it in 60 minutes then that works really well too.
