Look no further, there really is a new Escape Room in Harrogate and this one is built inside an actual castle!
Take yourself back in time as you enter our World War II themed escape room, based in the original 'Games Room' of Ripley Castle.
The challenge is simple. We are on the look out for new recruits and to be successful you must complete a set of challenges which will really put your skills to the test. These challenges will see you Decipher Codes, Cracking the Safe, Assembling Fire Arms and so much more.
You will need a steady hand, excellent observations skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

What To Expect on the Day
After booking you will receive a confirmation email with all the details on how to find us and where to park. We have plenty of parking onsite.
We ask that you arrive around 15 minutes before your session. On arrival you’ll be asked to fill out a quick disclaimer and then be introduced to your games master. They’ll give you a quick brief on what to expect and how the session will run.
Our Escape Rooms take place in the actual castle which is a few minutes walk away.
Once we’re at the escape room, we will give you a quick intro on what the challenge is and how an escape room works for any beginners. It’s then up to you as the clock starts to tick.

Yes, all our rooms have been built by professional companies who ensure your safety (and fun) are number one at all times.
Slightly different to traditional escape rooms, this one does not lock you in at any point.
Your challenge is to enter 6 codes to 'Crack The Engima'
Trust us when we say this is not an easy challenge.
We do rate this room at the hardest we have available. Purely based on the complexity and variation of each challenge (Mission) you are provided with.
We have put so much effort into this room and we couldn't be prouder.
Each prop is authentic, the electronics are excellent and did we mention we are based in an actual castle!
Backdrops don't come any more special than Ripley Castle.
We allow over 12's to take part so long as they are accompanied with an adult. There needs to be at least 1 adult in the room to help guide and support the flow of each game.
No, as common as this is in the escape room industry we will not blind fold you at any point of the experience.
We want you to see the incredible work our team have put into the room.
Technically you get 60 minutes to 'Crack The Enigma', however you should allocate extra time for introductions, safety talks and conclusion of the room.
