Join us for an active outdoor adventure day at Brimham Rocks!
Working with the National Trust at Brimham, Live For Today have created an exciting day of adventure in the great outdoors. We are ready to help you get outside and get active, discovering hidden secrets, learning new skills and facing stimulating challenges.
Sessions last 2.5 hours and run twice a day – book on to either the morning or afternoon session!
The first hour will be spent learning how to weasel around some of the magnificent rocks on offer at Brimham, including the Elevator and the Smarties Tube. A great way to get warmed up!
The rest of the session will then be spent climbing and abseiling some of the most exciting routes Brimham has to offer, learning the basic techniques of belaying and rope management.
All activities will be led and guided by our expert instructors.
Suitable for ages 8 plus.
Ideal for kids/teenagers and families.

Why book with Live For Today?
Not only do we provide the best rock climbing experience at Live for Today, but we also provide all of your safety clothing and equipment too as standard. This includes your harness, helmet and any ropes and safety equipment required. If you have your own kit then please feel free to bring it along to use on the day and if you don't have climbing shoes, just bring some sturdy shoes / trainers.
All of our equipment is inspected and maintained on a regular basis for your peace of mind and comfort during your climbing experience. If at any point you feel uncomfortable or unsafe in any way, our instructors will be on hand to support you. We also run a challenge by choice policy which means you will never feel pressured by our team to do something you feel uncomfortable with.
Upon descending from your Rock Climbing experience at Live for Today, we’ll make sure we all get a big team photo to mark your adventure!

Yes, all our sessions are delivered by fully qualified and experienced instructors, who will make sure you’re safe and happy at all times.
The minimum age for our Brimham Active Outdoor Day is 8 years old.
As much as we know you will love the achievement of reaching the top of the rock, you will never be pressured to do something you don't want to.
We run a challenge by choice policy which means we will support you but not pressure you into anything you don't want to do.
We pride ourselves on building great relationships with our customers and are happy for you to keep trying as many times as you like to reach the top.
In the unlikely situation you don't enjoy rock climbing then there are other things we can do. You can master the art of belaying at the bottom of the route and we can also look to do some more bouldering / scrambling in the session.
