This is the perfect activity for all ages and abilities. Raft building is one of those popular and often talked about activities that’s not only great fun and a fantastic way to learn new skills, but also a brilliant way to promote teamwork and team bonding. As a result, raft building is just as popular for corporate away days and work trips as it is for hen and stag parties.
The challenge with raft building is really simple. Our instructors will provide you and your team with enough barrels, logs and ropes to build a raft. Correction – they’ll provide you with *just* enough of those things, so you’ll need to plan carefully and work creatively. Once you’ve discussed and perhaps even agreed about your plan of action, the clock will then start, and you’ll have to race to build your raft. Once completed, you’ll then be expected to board your newly built raft and make your way from one side of our lake to the other. The fastest team to cross the lake and navigate around the buoys wins.
We will provide all the necessary raft building equipment and safety kit for you and your team to take part and enjoy your day. All of our sessions are delivered by fully trained instructors who know a thing or two about raft building, team building and water safety, so from start to a hopefully dry finish, you’re in good hands.

Frequently Asked Questions
Our Raft Building takes place on a private lake which is designed to keep you in a controlled environment. We also provide everybody with a buoyancy aid, helmet and wetsuit should you decide to go for a quick swim.
We will provide you with everything, all we ask is that you bring a towel and spare clothes. If you have your own equipment then please also bring that along so you can get comfortable with it.
Please note you will need to wear shoes in the water and they are very likely to get wet which is why we recommend wearing an old pair.
Yes! we have a large fleet of kit available for you to use. This is an activity that is more amazing when shared with others. We also offer exciting canoeing and kayaking sessions if you are looking for something that little bit different.
You will get wet but hey isn’t that what adventure is all about!
